I made an oyo booking for 27th of September. Booking id KGXI5476. The booking was made and the payment was successful as well. I received a sms two day prior to check in stating that – ” Due to unavoidable circumstances the booking is moved to another hotel”. I am not able to make a new booking on the app as well on the whatsapp helpline it shows that my booking is confirmed. I tried reaching the hotel as well the the OYO HELPLINE many times. None of the agents helped me. They heard my query and either transferred the call or disconnected. I haven’t received this bad customer service or booking service anywhere. Very bad and unethical customer service. My issue hasnt been resolved. Please update asap or this issue will be escalated further.
