Dear consumer court,
Please help me,

Order date- 26th April 2021
Order total- Rs 5097.00
Product- JT Bean Bags with Beans Filled/fillers(Filled with Beans)( Navy Blue,XXL)
Payment- Via Debit card.
I ordered 3 Bean bags filled with beans on 26th April in Amazon.in. Order was went to Jaiswal Traderss. On that day night after 9.30 one guy called me from Jaiswal Traderss and asked me to cancel the order since they can not send all 3 bean bags together and order one by one. I asked him i ordered since the option was available so can not cancel the same. He threatened me to do cancel once he hear that from me. I told him it is your responsibility to send the ordered items. Hearing this he used foul languages, hence I kept the phone.
Today, 4th of May 2021 i received delivery from Amazon. IN front of the delivery boy I opened the item and to my surprise, it was a small box and there was a cello tape was inside the box. Attaching the pictures of good received, which clearly shows the vendor name and order number.
Since the above incident happened, I called the Amazon customer care and explained what had happened. Spoke over 45 mins with them. What they told me is they will escalate it to next level of leadership to discuss the actions against the vendor. I asked them how will I get to know about the actions taken and how they are going to compensate for the time to delivery delay and the wrong goods received.
What they informed me was I will not get to know the actions however they will take. I wasn’t convinced on the same and expressed my displeasure. Finally we disconnected the call on below agreement.
1. They initiated the payment return & i shall get it in 4-5 working days.
2. I will get my prime membership extended for one month.
Sir/Madam, Am writing this to you to emphasis below things
1. If it was a women (could be my wife or sister) was called and threatened by the vendor at night like this
2. How I can get to know about the actions been taken about these unprofessional approached.
I request you to help me on this, which will be huge thing for the society, so that actions can be taken these unprofessional vendors. Also i shall get to know what kind of actions been taken, which is my fundamental right.
