Dear Team,
I am using my Vodafone number since long.
But from three months and last few days without my concern and notification, my amount got deducted from my balance.
I am using feature phone, I neither click anything nor dial any number but still my amount got deducted and got a message for subscribing service.
Without even my concern why the number got charged in VAS service.
I called multiple times in customer care, but unfortunately did not get any proper response from your side, they said we can’t do anything on this. Pathetic service.
