am facing similar kind of issues and losing my money un warranted.
I have not activated Value added services on my mobile. How ever, on Wednesday June 6, 2021 , I received the message mentioning “thank you for choosing to access Tambola” .You have been charged Rs.49/-.
My Balance got reduced.
I sent SMS on 155223 for deactivation of Value added services if it is active as due to frequent upgradation of system results in activation of undue services including DND. I got reply that you are currently not subscribed to any value added services. In that case they are supposed to refund my amount but till date it has not been refunded.
