Random VAS charges are being billed to me that i had no idea of. Upon realisation i requested to reverse the charges but they agreed to do so only for the current month.
I have been requesting for a manager call back for over a month & half now but to no avail. I refuse to pay random charges by vodafone, this is cheating a customer!Image Uploaded by Palvisha:
