Sir/Madam
I am a regular customer of idea postpaid having 3 add on connections and satisfactorly paying the bills raised against me.For the last two months you have billed me towards VAS charges which is quite abnormal. Knowingly or unknowingly i am not aware and not downloaded any non google contents. Hence request you to recheck on the bill and provide me with fresh bill for making payment.
