Hello, I have complaint about VAS service which I didn’t activated and even balance was deducted ₹ 50. I need my balance back to my number because I never activated any VAS service on 5th Aug 2019. As call centre agent and when i am asking them do you have any proof regarding this so they refuse to tell me. Please give me my ₹ 50 balance on my number else I will port this number to different service provider. I MUST NEED ATLEAST REPLY OR RESPONSE ON THIS PLEASE.
