The phone is listed under my dad’s name he doesn’t use it much. He said he’s been getting lot of messages. To my surprise I see money getting deducted from the phone for sports pack and Sona jeeto contest every day 5rs getting deducted without even subscribing. I spoke to someone on 13th dec 21. And he asked me to send a text STOP to 155223 and said it will be stopped. Now again I saw messages of money getting deducted. I called and spoke to shweta rep and she said it wasn’t stopped at all. Such a poor customer service and stupid way of fooling customers. Who will take ur service if u do this?
