Post returning of the product there was a message on my account stating that the amount was added as Gift Card Bal. (Amazon Pay Bal.), the amount has not reflected on my Pay Bal. and when I called the exe. not only she was rude but was not able to provide proper information.
Even when I spoke with Ms. Herkinder (Supervisor) I was provided with WRONG AND FAKE INFORMATION wherein she stated that the amount is added to my Pay Bal. even though I told her that it does not show.
She told me that it would take 2-3 hours to reflect on my account and when I asked as to why there was this confusing message which CLEARLY SAID THAT IT WAS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT, she was trying to give some excuse or the other and even said that it is a rule from Amazon to add that amount after 2-3 hours but the message will be displayed in this manner etc.
This I feel is completely illegal and I wish that the same kind of attitude you show towards your CEO and let me know if he would keep quiet. I also feel that MAY BE THE CEO HIMSELF IN ORDER TO EARN MONEY HE IS ENCOURAGING YOUR STAFF TO BEHAVE AND TALK WITH THE CUSTOMERS in this manner. This is discrimination from Amazon India.
