Iam using Vodafone network for past 6 month. During my initial stage of the usage they give lifetime validity for incoming call. Now I received a message to that number as validity expires on 20th November 2018, I asked the customer care person, they said every network is like that only. You want to recharge regularly for continuous usage of the number. Time to time they change and give false commitment. Kindly take necessary action against that network and give remedy to use of number for lifetime validity.
