I recharged a talktime of Rs. 10 on my Vodafone number (8876983056) which credited the balance of my account by Rs 7.47. However, the validity of the talktime has not been increased. Thus even though I recharged my account, I am unable to make calls since I don’t have validity for the balance. When I called the customer care representative, I was told that the company changed its recharge policy from October onwards and I would have to recharge a different pack for different services (which I do not need) in order to increase my talktime validity.
