I am Abhishek writing to you about not getting refund of product xlr8 whey protein powder pack of 2 each carry 1 kg . Total 2 kg
I order this item on 3 November 2022
Which was delivered to me on 7th of November 2022 after that i opened only 1 pack nd i found the smell so bad like a expired medicine and the pack was tempered already so i make a call to amazon centre ..then a mam pickup my call and she said to me please open second box too … I do the same and the second box was found leaked seal . Then she ask me to upload a good clear pic to the message she given.. i did the same after that she confirmed and then she moved to return process .. i got two date for returning process one is 10th November 2022 and one is 12th November 2022.
On 12th November pickup man arrived and take away both of the packed with him..
After that i call amazon care on 18th November 2022 that what is the current position of the product..
Agent said’ sir right now we are unable to confirm that your product is reached the warehouse so kindly wait for 24 to 26 November…
I said ok…
Then i get a mail from Amazon that we are sorry we couldn’t refund you your money cause the product you sended back to us is not the same… And then i make a call again, and again amazon care center says… That i have to wait for 29 November 2022.. i said how can someone say that the product i returned is not same .. i mean the guy who picked up didn’t refuse after collecting the packet from me not even the picture i send is wrong they how the hell this happening… Amazon Costumer care said sir kindly call tomorrow…
I called last time on 30th November 2022 and the conclusion was sir we are refunding you the total amount of 1098.00 inr . And it will
Take time to settle by your bank…
After that confirmation mail.. today i again call your company and what he said to me is
sir we cannot help you ?…
