I have mobikwik account since 2 years. recently before 15 Days, while submitting complaint regarding my stuck amount, I mistakenly tap on Close and Report button. This Close and Report button has submitted my complaint on email but it has locked my account. Now since last 15 days, I am not able to login my account. it continuously showing USER IS DISABLED. I have sent so many emails and reminders and trying to reach their customer care numbers, but none of customer care number (+91-8069808686) is getting through.
Now I have to pay my zip bill raised and the due date is today 5th. in Mobikwik, if we don’t make the payment by 5th they will charge penalty on daily basis.
Mobikwik is not responding till date hence I will not pay any penalty on bill amount, as it is not my fault.
It is my request to enable my account. or mobikwik customer care to respond to help me to ENABLE the account.
