Hi,
Had taken tata play binge elite subscription which had 11 OTT apps which can be seen on mobile and web. Took subscription on 23rd October 22 mainly to watch india pakistan match and T20 world cup on disney hotstar. Not able to see disney hotstar on web. Disney hotstar is asking to take additional subscription for watching on web. Spoke with atleast 20 people from tata play side, their customer care agents, their seniors, nodal officers. Everyone committed issue will be resolved in 24 hours by backend team. No resolution as of now. No use of calling their customer care as they cant talk with backend team and same script is told to you everytime you call them. Not sure how issue will be resolved as they dont have physical office where we can raise our complaints and customer care is of no use. Wont recommend tata play binge to anyone in future.   1. @tataplaybinge please cancel my subscription and refund the amount paid of INR999. Waited for 14 days still you guys were not able to resolve the issue almost talking everyday with your customer care agent (more than 20+), false commitments given everyday but no one called to resolve the issue. Had taken subscription for T20 worldcup not able to see any of the matches on laptop.
