I have a account of flipkart paylatter of amount Rs 70000.00. Each month, bill coming less than 1000 rupees. According to rule service provider should not charge any usage fee, if purchase value will be less than Rs. 1000. In order to avoid late fee i am paying the same because there is no contact option available in flipkart. if chat with them they are messaging me that you have to pay all and close account.
This month i got bill Rs 856 inclusive of usage fee Rs18.00. i am unable to contact them regarding this.
As a proof old bill also missing in their side.
