I, Sneha Gupta, am writing to file a complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. regarding the delivery of a wrong product. I placed an order (Order ID: 130105129361708848701 and #130029392880255270501) on 06/06/2025 and 25/05/2025 respectively through the Myntra app and received the delivery on 10/06/2025 and 02/06/2025. Upon opening the package, I found that the product delivered was not the item I had ordered. I immediately raised a return request on [Insert Return Date] and provided all necessary proof, including clear images of the received product, its packaging, invoice, and shipping label. However, Myntra’s customer service team rejected the return, falsely claiming that the correct item was delivered. Despite several follow-ups through calls and emails, no proof or explanation was given by them to support their claim. Instead, I have been repeatedly denied support, causing mental stress and financial loss. This constitutes a clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Therefore, I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Myntra and direct them to accept the return and refund the amount of ₹1214, along with compensation for harassment and inconvenience caused.
