My name is Apurba Nag, and I am a long-standing Flipkart customer. I am writing to bring to your attention the distressing situation I am facing regarding my Flipkart account.
I have been an active Flipkart Plus member for the past 5 years, and I have enjoyed the convenience and reliability that Flipkart offers. However, during the recent Flipkart Big Billion Day 2022, I received a manufacturing defective product. Naturally, I raised a complaint to seek a replacement.
Unfortunately, to my dismay, my replacement requests were repeatedly rejected without any valid explanation. Moreover, to my surprise, my Flipkart account has been blocked, preventing me from accessing my order history and saved wishlist. This has caused me great inconvenience and frustration.
I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and take immediate action to unblock my Flipkart account. It holds significant sentimental and practical value to me, as it contains a comprehensive order history and a wishlist carefully curated over the years.
As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the exceptional customer service and seamless shopping experience provided by Flipkart. However, the current situation has left me disappointed and concerned about the future of my relationship with the company.
