Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a payment for our Paytm postpaid outstanding balance on January 25th of rupees 1800 and was advised by the collection agent that all your pending late payment charges will be waived. Despite this till today, the payment has not yet been updated. As there is no direct support number to connect with a postpaid agent, I filed a complaint through the app around 3 days back and got no revert. The company’s collection agent still calling me for the payment.
I am not able to attach multiple screenshots here but apart from the attached one I have an email from paytm
I kindly request your prompt resolution of this issue
