Dear Meesho Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding my recent order, #881888337488, for a nesting coffee table placed on January 31, 2024, with an invoice total of Rs. 5737.
Upon receiving the delivery on February 8, 2024, I discovered quality issues with the product. Additionally, instead of the set of three tables I ordered, I received a set of two. As a result, I immediately placed a return request on February 9, 2024.
However, despite multiple return requests (16 in total) and efforts to resolve the issue, I have faced continuous challenges with the return process. The return is assigned to Shadowfax delivery partner, who repeatedly sends a two-wheeler person for pick-up, stating that they cannot collect the heavy item without a large shipment vehicle. Consequently, the pick-up is rejected each time.
This ongoing ordeal has persisted for nearly two months now, with no resolution in sight. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of progress in resolving this issue. I have attached the invoice and order details for your reference.
