A credit card by EARCPL has been issued under my name sometime in , oct 2020 with a last update by bureau date as oct 2020. This card has been regularly updating delayed payments under my name for a nominal amount which has severely impacted my credit scores. I do not know whom and where to make the payment, or to close this account which I have NOT requested.
In light of the above, I kindly request you to:
1. Immediately close the credit card issued in my name.
2. Conduct a thorough investigation into how this card was opened without my consent.
3. Initiate appropriate legal action against EARCPL for misusing my personal details and negatively affecting my financial standing.
Please treat this matter as urgent and keep me informed of the progress. I am prepared to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory bodies if necessary.
