I recently placed an order with BOXHERO (Order #4354080) for Box Hero Bamboo Latest (Combo) Fibre Boxer Shorts Underwear – Size L from BOXHERO.IN on COD(Only option available) for 1099/-. However, upon receiving the package, I was shocked to find multiple discrepancies and clear signs of misrepresentation:
* The promotional advertisement clearly mentioned 5+5 pieces, but only 4 pieces were delivered.
* The items received were of the wrong size.
* The fabric quality is extremely poor and completely different from what was described on the product page.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to raise the issue via their listed customer care email ([supportindia@boxhero.in](mailto:supportindia@boxhero.in)), my complaint bounced back with the error:
> *554 5.7.1: Relay access denied*
This clearly indicates that the company has disabled or falsified its customer support channels, further proving intent to deceive.
There are numerous similar online complaints about BOXHERO, suggesting this is a systematic scam aimed at misleading consumers through false advertisements and fraudulent sales practices.
I demand immediate investigation and strict action against this company. The concerned authorities should suspend their website, payment operations, and advertising until they are held accountable.

* Cheap, inferior material
* Incomplete quantity supplied (4 instead of 10)
* Invalid customer support contact
BOXHERO is blatantly cheating consumers and exploiting online shoppers’ trust. This is not a case of poor service — it is organized consumer fraud and must be dealt with accordingly.
