Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered a new OnePlus mobile phone from Amazon’s online platform. However, I received a damaged mobile phone, which I have attached in video form for your reference.
I immediately contacted Amazon customer care for a replacement, but they denied the request and advised me to visit the nearest OnePlus customer care centre. I live in Kurawali, District Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, and the nearest service centre is located about 80 km away in Etawah.
I visited the Etawah OnePlus service centre (IFSC) and submitted my brand-new mobile phone for replacement/repair about 15 days ago. However, till today, I have not received my mobile back, and the service centre keeps giving new dates each time I contact them.
I purchased a new phone by paying the full amount, and it is very disappointing that even after 15–20 days, neither Amazon nor OnePlus has resolved my issue. This clearly shows negligence and fraud on part of both companies in selling a damaged and defective product.
I am hereby requesting you to return or replace my mobile phone within 3 days. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint against Amazon and OnePlus in the Consumer Court for fraud and poor service.
Kindly treat this as an urgent matter.
