This is to grab your serious attention towards the hacking of my Paytm account ( 7032880985 ) on 9th,Mar’18 at 1:45AM in the early morning and got deducted about 8400 (8000+400) .
I informed to Paytm customer care service also about the concern along with the transaction ID’s .
Till now I didn’t approached consumer court by thinking about the reputation of Paytm .But they are taking my kindness as advantage and they made me to wait for this much long time.
So the patience inside me is dead sir now !
When I asked them to give solution to my problem,they started giving all the excuses like I only did transaction of 8400 to a MOBILE HUB.
I don’t how can I do transaction without completing my KYC at that time . And moreover at that time I was in my hometown ( Dharmapuri ), a small town where no mobile shops accepts Paytm .
And how can a shop be open at 1.45AM early in the Morning. And moreover the only way to do transaction without kyc is to send the payment through QR CODE ( if it’s a merchant account) .
Now my question to them is ” How can I do transaction in Banglore by being at Dharmapuri ( my hometown) .
Till now the paytm customer service told that they will help me, but they didn’t.
So please help me in this concern .
