Text of Complaint by Venessa Pereira:

I ordered clothes from Urbanic on the 7th of August 2023. It was supposed to be delivered between 17th and 21st August. Today is the 21st. I tried to check the status but it’s not available. They have not mentioned any awb number. There is some tracking id which is absolutely useless. When I call expressbees they need the awb number and I don’t have it. Nothing can be done. They don’t even have a proper customer care number which I can contact. This is such a hassle for me and I’ve spent so much money on this. How am I supposed to get my order or my money back??
