I booked full house cleaning from urban company and paid RS.5148/- towards the service on April 5 2023, subsequently I cancelled the service request on April 6 2023 and I was informed that the charged amount will be refunded to my account.But the amount is not yet credited in my account. On inquiring they gave a Refund Reference number and was asked to contact my bank. on contacting the bank they checked and said the RRN was wrong. On asking about this to Urban Company customer care they didn’t respond properly.
I Did not receive my refund amount since April 6,2023 it’s almost 3 months am following them.
