I am done a transaction of rupees 1500 from Paytm payments bank to State Bank of India through upi. The balance was credited in the bank account and then the money is reversed with same upi reference id but I didn’t get the money back in my Paytm bank account. When I call SBI customer care they said The transaction was incorrect or incomplete that’s the reason why of your money reversed but I didn’t get the money back in my Paytm bank and when I call paytm cusmocus care they said your transaction is successful we can’t refund your money.
