I added 1000 rupees to my Paytm UPI lite from 3 days no response they keep telling log in and log out I have already done that I’m from poor family I need my money now

i have transferred rs 1000 to upi lite from my sbi account in google pay the transaction is successful and sbi statement shows transaction successful but in upi lite is not reflecting the amount i jus fed up and tried chat and called and even mailed them several times but it is worthless they jus pronounce the same set of language as mad people and my sincere advice the fellow person do not use upi lite and dont be lazy to use password all will work perfect till no issues if any issues customer care will not support
