I took a loan of 3500 rupees but I paid one from another app so I thought I have paid so I thought the loan is finished but after 91 days I checked it showed 27600 rupees on our app. I called the customer care person and said that you will have to pay, and before that I had paid 6000 rupees, then the call came from him that our company has not received any payment, it is a fraud so you will have to pay again. .To make a total of Rs 27600+27600, you will have to pay a change of Rs 3500. So please help me from where I can pay itana payment, the name of this app is swift second and 3500 is being shown on the app but when I am paying, it is showing 27600 on UPI so please help me.
