I have book the International flight from Glasgow to Mumbai (both ways) from Yatra, while booking default option is given is basic economy only, once I received the ticket I found that there is no check in baggage involved and it’s available only in standard economy and above . So I requested them to upgrade my existing ticket within 24 hrs of booking done , but the customer care ask me to pay the charge which is related to date change which is not correct , as per law it should be free if you are making any amendments within 24 hours of booking. I also ready to pay the difference of basic economy and standard economy cost ,but I didn’t get any response on that
