I want to switch airtel to vi and when send port sms on 1900 but upc code cannot be generate and a reply ” UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
Please help me. I call customer care but nobody can help me.
