Text of Complaint by Divjot Kaur:

Dear official,
I ordered my ca books from Flipkart on 15th of September for which ekart provide delivery services to it’s customers. It’s 23 September today,i haven’t received the books for which i have already paid ₹1709 on 15th September only. I am being told again and again to wait and it’s more than enough now. I therefore request you to charge the company to either return me the money i paid or pay the compensation for such late delivery.
