After misguided by airtel online postpaid plan 499/-per year that was actually per month I have ported my sim Vodafone to airtel.
Airtel executive gave me a new airtel postpaid sim without educate me about the plan of ₹499/- .
Now I received a one month bill of rs 711.31 that too high to pay by me.
Airtel office of Sikar is also not able to help me they told me ” we can’t help as it is online sim purchased by you”
I am not able to pay this bill. It is fraud.
please help me. Thank you.
