Hello Sir

I am a customer of Airtel and I am using this network for last 4yrs

But after arriving of Jio network,I rarely uses this Airtel because I found much more cheaper pack in Jio than Airtel

So I don’t recharge it

I just try to keep some amount of balance 50 like that

But I am noticing that the Airtel is unnecessary deducting my balance

When I call to the customer care they said that I have activated some Mobile game

But I didn’t activated anything as you can see my account

They only activated these unusual things in my mobile

And used to deduct my balance
