Text of Complaint by Mehak Goel:

I had ordered food from Pasta Bowl Company, Gurgaon on May 30. I received unsealed food and when i complained about the same through the Zomato app, the only reply i got was we have forwarded this feedback to the restaurant.

How is Zomato unbothered about the fact that restaurants on their platform are not sealing food, especially during the lockdown when additional measures are being taken to fight Corona?

Is Zomato not to be held partly responsible? Why is Zomato not taking any actions on my complaint?

As can be seen in the photograph evidence, no tape marks are visible on the container.
