Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased the above mentioned Motorola Device from Flipkart in the month of August.
But, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the device is malfunctioning at very frequent intervals.
The screen of the device becomes unresponsive every 2-3 hours which can be rectified if the device is restarted again and again. At regular intervals the screen accepts touch command after several clicks. For instance, when I am using the keyboard, the text is displayed in the text box only after several clicks as the screen had become unresponsive.
Also, at the edges of the screen, approximately 20% of the screen becomes totally unresponsive time and again.
Hence, I kindly request you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused to me and provide sufficient support services to resolve the issue at the earliest.
