Text of Complaint by Imran Ahmed:

Hi, I had called to cancel my connection with Vodafone the call center lady, Jyothi was very unprofessional… Even after several requests to talk to supervisor she DID NOT transfer to a supervisor… She was unethical… Did not resolve my issue… Vodafone only wants to make money by charging extra and not cancelling the service…. Jyothi also refused to give her supervisor name… She says it is Vodafone policy to not give the name of supervisor… 14th May 3pm… Also refused to taketa request to cancel my connection…

What kind of service is this???
