I m a loyal customer of zomato but zomato along with restaurant owner has mentally harassed me. On Oct 8 2019, I ordered from cheesiano pizza via order 1843889561 at 9:08 pm thru zomato app and expected delivery is 9:39 pm.
I didn’t receive my order till 9:45 pm then I called restaurant owner. He told zomato rider has not come yet and our order is ready. Meanwhile I tried to chat with zomato executive who are very much busy that they didn’t attend me. Again at 10 pm I called owner,he said rider is coming in 10 mins.
Then from 10:15 pm onwards, he stopped picking up my call and I was just waiting for your delivery till 11:30 pm. Parallely I m trying to contact zomato also but zomato don’t have any customer care and also zomato chat with executive is next to nothing as I m not able to get any info abt my order.
Then at 11:45 pm, I see my order has been rejected and refund initiated. But question why I have suffered for 3 hrs for delivery why zomato didn’t tell me earlier? What is cost of agony I have faced by unprofessional behavior of zomato and restaurant owner?
