We were out of station from the last three months. we came back 2 days before and i recharged my d2h on 10/10/19 at 8:02 AM after waiting for 15 minutes my services has not been resumed. I called to customer care and lodge a complain. After 10-15 minute i again called up in customer care and asked his that please confirm my complain has been registered or not he confirmed that complain has been registered and a technician will visit within 24 hour.

After an hour i received a call from the local d2h office and he was asking about my location which i shared and i moved for office. When i came back in the evening and asked to my family that has anybody visited from d2h or issue has been fixed then it came to my knowledge that nobody came. Again called on customer care at 7:30 pm and informed that nobody has visited my place he confirmed that wit till tomorrow as it takes 24 hour. again i called in minute to confirm that will anything deduct from my account balance as service has not been resumed he confirmed that nothing will deduct from your balance.

Now yesterday morning at 9 o’clock i called to customer and informed that it has already passed 24 hour but no body come and not even called me the surprisingly she said there is no complain registered from your side.

Kindly let me know, which kind of service is providing by Videocon d2h where customer is being harassed mentally after paying for the required service.

This is third or fourth time when i am facing such harassment from d2h. finally i drafted a long email to their nodal officer, customer care and ceo after that mail got several calls and finally a technician visited at my place yesterday evening after writing 2-3 mails. technician said there is some parts required which i dont have now will come tomorrow with it and fix it. waited whole day today wrote two mails also but no vain.
