Unprofessional and Pathetic Service from Service Engineer as well as from Tata Sky call center executive from last 5 days

Text of Complaint by SAURABH DILIP VANKHADE:

Dear Sir,

I am Saurabh Vankhade , a tata-sky customer with customer ID 1209242492.  For the last 3 – 4 Years ,we have been enjoying the services provided by your company.Since It is a Product of  Tata services we were very much confident that this service provider follows the ethicalness in their professional behaviour but it seems fake from your side.
It seems very unprofessional and Pathetic customer service which I have been facing for the last 4 days.
On 30h June 2021 , we facing the issue of signal loss for our TataSky Set top box, so we follow the said instructions which was appearing on Tv set but it didn’t work out, so we launched a complaint using customer care no. based on his complaint he service engineer came a our premises to resolve the issue,he succeeded in it and we got our signal back to Enjoy our subscribed channels.
After 2 days ,that is on 2nd July,2021 , once again our service got interrupted and our neighbour rushed at our door by saying the other day when the service engg came to resolve our problem that service engg removed our neighbours tata sky cable from their dish and plugged our connection in it.As per his complaint other service engg changed the connection result of it My tataSky services got interrupted.So I called the service engg who was done this mistake and told him to rectify it but instead of providing solution he refuse to help he told us to have talk with his boss. As per his req. We called his boss name Sameer Nikam (local Tatasky Service provider emp id – C1502788FN) and told him all the incidents but instead of understanding our issue ,he blamed us and refused to help us.over on that he said if we are facing so much issue than disconnect Tatasky subscription and do the police complaint against It.

horrified due to this incident, I have called the tata sky customer executive and explained to him the all chronology, he registered my complaint and gave me hope that my query will get attention to resolve within 2 hours. But after 2 hours i got call from TataSky service engg and he insist us to install the new dish antenna. Based on service engg demand to verify it I once again call the customer care and told him about the incident happened with service engg. Custmer executive told me that my connection is MDU connection which does not required any camera or dish antena , so same thing i have informed the service engg but he did not agreed to it and force us to install antena and refused to co operate with customer service provider.

The very next day I once again call the customer service provider explain him all things over call to find resolution on m query, now it is 5th day and still i was trying to get the help from our end , with so much interactions with your Customer support and unprofessional service engg i got fed up and unnecessarily my time and money got wasted.
I request  you to show some professionalism on his matter which is 5 days long pending issue and help us to resolve our query by providing a concrete answer.
so i decided to complain this in consumer forum with tilte how tata sky harass customer and with unprofessional GUNDA approach.
