Damaged product delivered (14 days post order placement). Lodged complaint and return request with photos the very same day. It took customer support 10 days, despite continuous follow ups, to respond back, saying that teh product is damaged due to my negligence.
It is unbelievable that the customer support can be so unhelpful and slow. Not only are they not resolving customer issues, they are blaming in on customer s. It’s a scam. They have no customer support or any intent to resolve grievances.
Pathetic response time. Using their platform is a waste of time and money and one ends up getting upset owing to the way their support team handles issues and talks back.
