Text of Complaint by Avinash kumar jha:

I have opted for club Mahindra membership and lost my job in Covid.
I already paid club Mahindra Emi’s of rupees 198166 and haven’t used a single holiday.

I want to cancel my membership as post Covid my job is not resumed.

But they are saying this “membership, you had opted for a 10% DP and 48 EMI Plan, in which we have received Rs.198166 payment which is 30.64% of the membership fee payable. As the same is less than 60% (Admission fees), this amount stands non-refundable as per membership clause 8.2 of the membership.”
