My SIM blocked on 18sept2020.on enquiry we have been told we have given SIM change request which clearly we have not initiated hence as security reason same was blocked.As advised we have visited nearest Airtel store and produce KYC and collect new SIM by 10.30am which they have activated and blocked again after 1 hr without intimation.
1.00 pl again we have visited and collected new SIM which is yet to get activated.everytime they are just taking all details and now it’s more than 72 HR no positive response.
Now they need IMEI no ..but my question why I have to give all details I can put SiM in any phone it’s my wish.
Airtel executive and store person are mentally harrashing from last 3 days.
