I requested a return of some product ordered from Ajio. The due date for pickup was scheduled on 14th march. But I got no call from the pickup partner. On 14 March at around 11:30 I got a call from the company’s number and the pickup partner asked me to give the OTP that they had sent me on my phone for rescheduling. I asked him why he didn’t come in day time and how dare he call me at this time. In return he requested to give OTP as he could not come due to overload. I told him the OTP and asked him to pickup the product the next day anyhow.
The next day he called me durong class hour and because I was in class I could not pickup the phone. As soon as I got a break I called him and said that he sholud have waited for atleast five minutes, and requested him to come back if he could . In return he answered that you people firstly don’t pickup the phone and then expect us to listen to you. I won’t come now, I am under no compulsion and I will only come next day. I said ok . On next day 16th March, he called me at 6pm and that too only once. I didn’t pickup the phone as it was on silent so I called him back within one minute but in such a spam he had left my house I told him to come back in return of which he said, Mam are you crazy. Have you gone mad. Why did you not pick the call. Am I your servent
I will not come now. After an hour I saw that my pickup is again resheduled without my permission. I contacted ajio told them situation they filed my complain. Though every time they asked me to wait and i was given no solution. After that i tried to contact shadowfax after multiple times but i could not. They have seriously pathetic customer service and employees.
