Unnecessarily charged for VAS without any request placed by me.

1. I never placed any request for any VAS (caller tune) on my number 9873601935. However, charged RS.249 on my postpaid bill
2. Have written n numbers of mails highlighting the issue to Vodafone team. Getting the same reply everytime without understanding the root of the issue
