I have never subscribed to any value added services and I have received a message on 05/11/2021 that says “Thank you for choosing to access Bigwin Battlefield Games, You have been charged Rs.49″. Two months before only I changed from prepaid to postpaid, this month they have charged this amount and if I ask the customer care, they are responding as it cannot be deactivated, it may be third party fee charges like that. Seriously I do not know how to react and what would be the end for this. I may leave idea and switch to other telecom.
