Text of Complaint by Snehal R. K.:

When we see the bill amount .. I called to customer care and asked why is it so..?? Then they reply you have activated the sonajito services and give confirmation on it. But we did not add any services nor have any confirmation to the same. But still the bill amount is getting high and high everytime. We are using postpaid vodafone card. Please help me.
