Sir/madam,
I booked the fern residency Jamnagar from 27/02/2023 to 01/03/2023 for three night from Agoda application for 2 adults and 1 infant of 175 days. They have charged me extra bed charges for three days which was not needed from my side and it was added from their side. I have requested them to cancel that and refund my money, but they neglected and asked for solution from hotel. I was neither provided any extra bed nor I demanded from hotel. It was completely cheating from agoda. I request you to do the needful.
