Hi,
I’m using Vi sim regularly.
On 12th March 2021 11:49 AM , I have received message from the company that I been charged for accessing pre embedded games worth Rs.25/-
I had talktime of Rs.30.26. I never play any fantasy or online gambling games, then how I charged for Rs.25/- ?
I complaint against Vi company for this unnecessary charge.
Now I’ve only Rs.5:26 talktime.
Why company charged me Rs.25/- ?
I urge consumer complaints court for this case to inquiry against Vi company to debit Rs:25/- from customer’s account.
