Text of Complaint by Wilfred Reid:

I was using vodafone sim, but in the month of April 2021, my bill submitted to me was 1296, when I questioned the same i was told that I activated the Redx plan and hence I had to pay more. I accepted it and paid the bill even though I said it probably got activated by mistake. Now they are telling me that I have to pay that price for six months. I never used Red x ever on my sim. I told them I don’t use or need Redx but the refused to acknowledge my case and keep billing me the same amount even though I have not used the sim for at least 2 months. Please help resolve this issue.
