My order id FL0349723818. I ordered two items on 12.01.2022, one being a pullover and other being a beige trouser. However, due to poor quality issue, I had to return both of them back. However, Ajio is giving me very hard time taking return of my products. I applied for refund on 17th Jan and the delivery boy came after a day but refused to take my order back since barcode wasn’t matching. I asked him to cancel the return order and I will do it again. But he simply refused to help me. I further went on to call the ajio customer care and its been 4-5 times I called them and ajio customer care is of no help and literally useless customer service. They kept assuring me that they will cancel the return and that I will have to apply for return again and but they are not updating it on their system and I am waiting with the order since 17th Jan. Ajio is the worst possible shopping app I ever came across. They unlawfully keeps customer’s money on hold till return/exchange date expires so that they never have to give the money back.
